How do we ship our products?
Products from our product range are shipped via parcel service.
In case of larger volumes or amounts we commission freight forwarders to carry out transport services.

Delivery time?
We will naturally process your order immediately upon receipt. Provided that there are no delays in delivery from the manufacturer, we generally deliver within 5 - 10 work days.
Important Note
In spite of all care, loss/damage in transit might occur.
Should that happen it goes without saying that lost or damaged articles are replaced free of charge.
Please bear the following procedure in mind:
